Well it is with a sad heart that this is the final challenge for Delicious Darkness Challenges. But wait hold on you can still get Teri's images until the end of December before she finally shuts up shop and with a whopping 50% off everything. So stock up on some of your favourites.
Now it is not the end for Teri and her fabulous images that we have all come to love. You will be able to purchase not only the digi kind but rubber too...........WOW over at Teri's new home Smeared Ink. Great news me thinks.
Now onto my project for the final challenge. I decided to use Teri's Evil Snowman and create a tealight box card. Tutorial can be found here on the Stampartic blog. I coloured up the evil snowman with copics then fussy cut and placed to one side. I then proceeded to follow the tutorial to create the box.I filled the box with apple and cinnamon glitter scented tea lights. I then created the book cover and matted and layered with cardstock and papers. The tealight box was then attached to the inside of the cover. The Evil Snowman was then mounted with 3d foam pads onto a mat and layered piece of cardstock and paper. Before attaching to the front of the book cover a piece of organza ribbon was attached to the book cover and the main image attached to secure the ribbon in place. Voila a wonderful little gift and not to long to come together. I think I will be making more of these.
